Team Registration Instructions & Link

Whether or not the entire team fee will be paid by the team manager initially or not, ALL players need to be added to the team roster by the manager, then all players need to register into the league online and sign the waiver and/or pay their individual fees.

Managers need to add all players to the team’s roster by clicking the Edit Roster button for your team in your account. Then add each player’s information and email address to the roster, this generates an email invitation to your rostered players to register and, if applicable, pay.

Teams can have 10 to 13 full-time players (skaters & goalie); this is decided by the team’s manager. The per player fee is the team fee divided by the team’s roster size, ie. the team fee is determined by dividing the team fee by your team’s roster size (10-13 players), the size is decided by the team manager.

If the entire team fee is not paid prior to the league start, the team will not be allowed to play, until the entire fee is paid. If the team fee is not paid prior to March 10th the team may lose their spot in the registration line and may be bumped out by teams that may have registered later, but paid in full sooner.

Team fee: $4599 plus GST added at checkout

• 13 player per player fee – $353.77 plus GST added at checkout
• 12 player per player fee – $383.25 plus GST added at checkout
• 11 player per player fee – $418.09 plus GST added at checkout

Fee payment notes:

Credit card installment plans are only available if the manager registered the team by using the credit card payment initially.

If you choose to pay by e-transfer, then all your players will need to pay by e-transfer as well. e-transfers can be paid in full to start, or 50% immediately followed by 50% payment no later than March 1st.

Criminal Record checks for bench personnel

CR’s need to be valid during this minor hockey season before anyone can be on your team’s bench and be submitted by April 1st.

Schedule requests – must be submitted by Feb 10th:

Please ensure that any schedule requests, if not already listed, are added or updated on your team’s profile prior to February 15th. We do not guarantee we can meet all schedule requests.

The schedule will be posted by the 3rd week of March.
