PLEASE NOTE:

Full amount for the team can be paid via e-transfer, but for installments or to spread the payments amongst your players, you must pay via VISA or MasterCard.
This (usually) includes Debit Cards with the Visa/MCRD logo on it, but may be restricted by your individual bank or card.

E-transfer is not available for installment or distributed payment.
